Delete your Orvella account
You can delete your account and the data stored with it at any time. The fastest way is in the app. If you cannot open Orvella, use the form below and we will complete the request within 30 days.
Request received
We will delete the account matching that email and associated Orvella data within 30 days, then email you when it is done. If we cannot match the account we will get in touch.

Delete in the app (immediate)
- Open Orvella.
- Go to Me, then Account.
- Tap Delete my account and confirm.
This removes your account and associated data straight away.
What we delete
- Your account, including email, name, and sign-in details
- Health logs, meals, medications, documents, reports, journal entries, and other data stored in Orvella
- Daily summaries we stored after you connected Apple Health or Health Connect
What we do not delete automatically
- App Store or Google Play subscription records stay with Apple or Google until you cancel there. Deleting Orvella does not cancel a subscription.
- Limited records we must keep by law, such as that a purchase took place
- Backups, which drop off on a rolling cycle after the live data is deleted
How to cancel a subscription
On iPhone: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. On Android: Play Store → profile → Payments & subscriptions. You can also open Manage subscription from Me → Your plan in Orvella.
